QC Inspections for softline products, we mostly will check:

- Color differences / Colour shifting
- Measurements as per size chart
- Stitching
- Foreign objects like broken needles, or human hairs
- Rub test
- Fabric defects checking
- Stain, mould, odor and insects
- Thread ends
- Customer's specifications;
- Packaging, labels and markings
- Special requirements from the customer
- Other on-site testing (safety, function, stability etc)

The inspection report will have pictures to explain the findings, and give you the suggested overall results. You can have your final call if the factory should proceed with the shipment, or should go back to rework.

The inspector will not only check and workmanship, but also the quantities of each styles, packing information, measurements, weights, odors, colours and barcodes etc.

Symmetric check - check if the right/left leg, sleeves, pocket design are symmetric - check if the garment twist and measure the difference if found		PASSED
Check percentage statements for each kind of fiber in a garment.		PASSED
Hanger check if there is a hanger on the item-The hanger should be same as the approved sample and should not be damaged or distorted in any way.		PASSED
Check the net weight for sweater garments (unit: lbs per dozen). Check 3 pieces per size.		PASSED
Fitting on a model or a doll, If no mannequin available ask someone to wear his (her) size and insert picture of front, back and side-Should fit perfectly to the model and have the same effect than client pictures.		PASSED
Feeling by hand to check if the fabric with humidity.		PASSED
