Please find below for an example of the pre-shipment inspection checklist for a machine:

For 3M tape adhesive test: perform test on coating (painting/plating/ screen printing, etc) with 3M tape.-S2 PASSED
Check if the base of the item wobbles, It is to be placed on the inclined plane of 15 degree to the horizontal and turned to a position that results in tip over.(15度斜度板, 15度不过,做8度) –II PASSED
Pull test on the power cord.
-EN Standard-Pull 25 times for 1 minute.  If the item’s net weight <= 1 kg, use 30N of force.  If the item’s net weight <= 4 kg, use 60N of force.  If the item’s net weight > 4 kg, use 100N of force - The cord should not move more than 2mm from its original position.
-UL Standard- A 35 pound(16kg) weight is to be super 1 minute.
Afterthe test :
-Insulation of cord shall not damage
-Cord displacement shall <1.6mm.

Check the power cord lenth and VDE mark-S1 FAILED
Perform a life test.-Continue to run this test during the whole inspection period.-S1 PASSED
Perform function test.-II PASSED
Perform a barcode scanning test.-The inspector must scan the barcode.  The numbers found after scanning must match the numbers below the barcode.-S2 (8 Pcs) PASSED
Perform an all-accessories check.-Check all the accessories with the item. All accessories should be included.-II PASSED
Perform an internal check.-Take all related pictures to show special requirements.-S1 PASSED
