Hardware in-line inspection:

We offer extensive hardware quality inspections regardless if they are computer hardware inspections, or metalware pre-shipment inspections, screws final inspections, bolts on-site check, nails in-line QC, fasteners QC check, screwdrivers factory inspection, fittings third party inspection, pipings shipment inspections, gardening tools QC check, lawnmowers QC inspections etc.

The hardware QC inspections will reveiw:

hardware in-line inspection

ON-SITE CHECK LIST COMMENTS RESULT
Perform an all-accessories check.-Check all the accessories with the item. All accessories should be included.-II PASSED
Smell check-check if there are any strong offensive odor-II FAILED
Perform a carton drop test on the export cartons:10 times(1 corner 3 edges 6 faces)-S1 PASSED
Perform a barcode scanning test.-The inspector must scan the barcode. The numbers found after scanning must match the numbers below the barcode.-S2 (8 Pcs) PASSED
Perform assembly check-S1 PASSED
Perform a rub test for printing and marking ; Adhesive test for coating if applicable-For rub test: The durability of the marking is checked by trying to remove it by rubbing lightly for 15 s with a piece of cloth soaked with water and, after drying, for a further 15 s with a piece of cloth soaked with petroleum spirit; if the spirit not availabel, use the 95% alcohol - After the test, the marking shall be legible, marking labels shall not be easily removable andthey shall show no curling.-S2 PASSED
Tests that are not mentioned in the special product(特别产品没有提及的检验，根据工厂设备和验货员经验，请自行加上) FAILED
For 3M tape adhesive test: perform test on coating (painting/plating/ screen printing, etc) with 3M tape.-S2(烤漆,喷油请做百格测试) FAILED
