Shoes pre-shipment inspection:

The shoes are mostly made in Dongguan & Zhongshan Guangdong, Putian Quanzhou & Jinjiang Fujian. There are below types of onsite QC inspections for shoes quality check:

Shoes belong to soft lines, the quality QC will mostly inspect the following methods:

  • Color differences and shifting
  • Special requirements & on-site testing
  • Rub tests, wash tests, seam tests etc.
  • Order specs
  • Foreign objects like broken pins, human hairs etc.
  • Thread ends
  • Stains, moulds, odor and insects
  • Measurements & size checks
  • Fabric defects checking
  • Packaging, logos, labels and markings etc.
  • Stitches

The shoes inspection checklist are:

ON-SITE INSPECTION CHECK LIST COMMENTS RESULT
Function test of zips, buckles, trims, shoelaces, snaps, Velcro, buttons, etc. Colour, shape and size to be as per seal on 20 pcs FAILED
Wear test or fitting test:
Put on your size shoes with sock liners; lace it up to check if the shoe feels comfortable. Walk around ground to check the overall fitting. To check how it feels and any area hurts or uncomfortable? – randomly pick up one pair of your size		 PASSED
Heel flex test - check for excess movement or noise : refer to attached picture : S2
The heel flexibility should be at the right position, not too hard or too flexible and do not create noise, try to flex it 10 time.		 FAILED
Sock liner check:
Socks are all supposed to well-fixed to the inside shoes, and no gap between sock liner and tip/heel must be found – I		 PASSED
check the smell of product/filling is bad smell? PASSED
Back seam or back strap/panel to be straight and centered – Level II FAILED
Put your hands inside the shoe to check for proper counter shape, wrinkles, and a smooth surface in the lining area.
No wrinkles or excessive materials that make foot feel uncomfortable. - I		 PASSED
