What is inline inspection: an inline inspection is to check the product quality is up to accetable requirements. We check and test the product quality according AQL, and report the findings to you for your to determine if the quality is good enough.

For quality QC inline inspections, we usually refer to During Production Check, it is to check the product qualiy earlier than final inspection, to see if everything is within the production specs, and the defect rates are within acceptable level, so corrective actions can be used if any issues. The QC inline inspections will check as follows:

• Packaging, safety and drop tests onsite
• Labels, markings, logos & barcodes quality check
• Aesthetic, visual defects, workmanship, surface and function inspection
• Product specs, and special requirements check
• Measurements & sizes check
• On-site safety, regulation & function testing
• Quantity & assortment verifying

Sometimes the quality inline inspections can also be either of the below if needed:

• CLC (CLS) Inspection
• Ethical Audit
• Final Random Inspection (most common)
• Factory Audit (factory capacity audit)
• Inline Inspection (check the production quality inline)
• Random Product Sampling
• Initial Production Inspection
