The QC inspectors will normally do the inspections according to certain procedures, our inspectors will normally check for most hard lines products, and electronic & electrical products:

• On-site safety, regulation & function testing
• Packaging, safety and drop tests
• Measurements & sizes check
• Labels, markings, logos & barcodes check
• Quantity & assortment verifying
• Product specs, and special requirements check
• Aesthetic, visual defects, workmanship, surface and function check

And for soft lines products, like footwear, garment, apparel, textile products, any toys:

• Special requirements & on-site testing
• Packaging, labels and markings
• Thread ends
• Measurements
• Rub test
• Customer's specs
• Stain, mould, odor and insects
• Stitches
• Color differences and shifting
• Fabric defects checking
• Foreign objects like broken pins, human hairs
